How do I sign up for The Busy Trader course and do you offer refunds?

Be sure to watch the free webinar first and then sign up here. Please note if opting for a payment plan, full payment must be completed in order to gain access to the course.

Due to the nature of this digital product, and all our courses, all sales are final and non-refundable for The Busy Trader Courses and 1-hr Intensives. Furthermore, there are no refunds for any additional optional digital products or Resources provided on our Resources page (ie. Think or Swim scripts, Discord Community Group Chat subscription, or Personal 1:1 Coaching).

Which trading brokerage should I use?

Heather uses Think or Swim (TD Ameritrade), now Charles Schwab, for her day trading and Webull for her swing trading. For international traders, we encourage you to do your research and find a brokerage that works for you to trade from. Most of our traders outside of U.S. use these brokerages: Interactive Brokers, Quest, Trade Station, or TastyTrade to buy the stock, and use Trading View (www.tradingview.com) to chart the stock.

Do you have an online chat community?

Yes! Click on our Resources page up top to join our chat group or click here. In the chat group, Heather will share the market trends and swing trade ideas. You will also receive other tips, support, and encouragement in your journey of trading, as well as share your wins and lessons learned with other traders. You can ask other traders and Heather questions about the market. You can cancel anytime or manage your subscription in the 'my portal' tab of the signup page. Join the chat community!

Can I book a 1:1 call with you?

Heather offers private 1:1 coaching, along with a few other hand-picked highly skilled coaches. There are 30-minute, 1-hour, 2-week bootcamp, and 30-day bootcamp options available. To book with one of Heather's coaches, you'll find the booking link in your membership portal. You can book 30-minute or 1-hour coaching with Heather in the Resources page of our website. If looking for 2-week or 30-day bootcamp with Heather, slip us an email at info@thebusytraders.com. In order to book coaching, you must have taken the Level 1 course or have at least 2 years trading experience. During coaching, Heather or the coaches will help you refine your trading strategy, identify blind spots, offer feedback on your trades, or help get you set up with trading. There's coaching for all levels!

How much money do I need to start trading?

You can start with $500 or more. $500 is required in your account to begin trading with real money, as well as to turn off the time delay so you can properly practice trading! You won't use it until you're ready!
